Varadero, a strip of land a little away from the Cuban main land, has been blessed with a land mass with natural beaches of fine white sands. The sea is calm and azure blue. Varadero the name is a proverbial synonym of Vacations. The cultural and eco-tourism have also found their niche to give you a complete vacation experience.

The Santa Catalina Caves are also located in Varadero, Cuba. With more than eight thousand meters of passageways replete with pre-Columbian artefacts and physical evidence. The Ambrosio Cave has scores of ancient Amerindian paintings worth their weight in gold preserved there. Cayo Blanco is a small paradise island a Catamaran ride away.

Your evenings will melt away in 100s of night clubs, and discotheques with the rhythm of original Latin music and moves of Salsa. Cabaret, which originated in the Caribbean, has its own flavour in Varadero night clubs and no vacation is complete without an evening in Cabaret Tropicana or Cabaret Varadero. And for the classical types the Noche Azul Piano Bar which opens at nine in the evening will be a satisfying experience till the wee hours of the morning. Those who love to croon Latin melodies to the Samba beat, Karaoke 440 is the answer.
The Varadero, Cuba vacation need not end in Varadero. Lot of interesting places are just three to four hours of taxi ride away. The Old Colonial Havana 140 kms, the great wetlands in Ciennaga de Zapata 165 kms, or even the World Heritage Site of Trinidad can be part of your vacation in Varadero, Cuba.
